EXCHANGE POLICY

- All products curated and delivered by us are handled with utmost love and care. Each product undergoes thorough quality check before getting shipped, but in the off chance that the product received by you is damaged or defective in any way, we will be happy to process an exchange. In such a case please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at cosydeck@gmail.com.
 If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, don't worry we have got you covered. Please email us on cosydeck@gmail.com about your concerns, within 48 hours of receiving the product, so that we can process the exchange.  
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 
All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 
All exchanges are subjected to stock availability. Incase you don't find any merchandise for exchange that moment , we can offer credit note valid for 1 month. This could be redeemed in next purchase.
- Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Original packing must be intact to avail the exchange.
REFUNDS
